Do you ship internationally?

We ship within Canada and the United States. Orders are priced in Canadian Dollars. Please use 0.80 as an exchange rate for price estimation purposes. The actual exchange may be more or less.

How can I contact you?

We have a Contact Us page. Simply fill in the form including questions and comments. We will respond either by phone or email.

What do I do if I created my family in the wrong order?

We have no way of rearranging the orders. If this happens you will need to restart your family.

Do you take requests on new looks?

We always encourage feedback and new suggestions. We will consider adding any suggested looks to our collection.

What if there is an error?

Please review your order CAREFULLY before submitting. We cannot be responsible for orders placed with errors in them.

What is your privacy policy?

We will NEVER share your information. Occasionally, we may email you with special offers or new items. You may unsubscribe to this service at any time by contacting us.

Do you accept money orders?

Yes. We will process your order after we receive your money order.

What do I do if I need to change something on my order?

Because orders are processed so quickly, you need to let us know of the change immediately. If we have already processed your order, it cannot be changed.

We are located in McBride, BC.

What size are the labels?

The labels are 2.625" X 1".

Will my labels come exactly the way they are pictured on my screen?

Due to varying computer monitor colours, the colours on the labels may appear slightly different from those on your computer monitor. Size will be different as well. The labels are smaller than what you see on your screen. However, the sample that you see on your screen should give you a very good idea of what your actual label will look like.
